Hice uso de ellas preparando mamul en mi clase de cocina asiática.El diseño se graba bien en la masa y lo mantiene después del horneadoMe encantaron, son fáciles de usar y limpiar.(Recomiendo dejar que se seque la masa y pasar un cepillo de cerdas duras para retirar la masa pegada, evitar lavarlos pues al ser de madera está se puede empezar a dañar)
