Only reason I marked a 3 is because the bolts did not fit my frame holes already. Had to rethread them to fit. After that they fit great and feel solid.

Received these 06/12/24 and installed on 2018 RAM Express. Like many others have said, the units were shipped with the WRONG thread pitch bolts. You will need to secure the correct hardware in order to install these units. The Mopar bolt spec is M12-1.50 x 65mm. I was able to locally source a Hillman #34823 (M12-1.50 x 60mm, 10.9 class). I strongly suggest going with a 10.9 class bolt ("10 Class") as it's a hardened steel instead of the softer bolts that are floating around on the market. Finding 1.50 pitch in that size will be an obstacle for people in smaller towns/rural areas as it's not a common use bolt. Moving on from the bolts... Units appear near OEM in design. The only thing I saw that stands out is the casting/forging seems a bit rougher than OEM (OEM could just be hiding it under coating?). I didn't see anything that made me question it's durability. All items were sufficiently packaged and arrived without damage. As mentioned, these were installed on an Express trim level. Express trim, as well as "Sport" trims do not have factory bumper openings to facilitate the installation of these hooks. I removed the trim/insert piece that sits in the area where the hooks will go and set it aside while I fitted all my parts. Once brackets/hooks were hand tightened into position (I did install my hooks with openings facing outboard, as they are installed from the factory), I took measurements and transferred them to the insert piece. I cut my lines with a Dremel (drilled corners with 5/32" bit where lines came together to make it easier) and filed my edges to smooth them out. De-install hardware, re-install trim piece, then re-install hardware/hooks. It's a bit of a process but the results were good. Would be good to soak bolt holes with PB Blaster or similar prior to starting this process and run a chase tap through them to ensure your threads are good. If the vendor would get their act together and get the correct bolts in the packaging, this could be a 5 star product (given OEM setup will run about $500). And vendor, if you're reading this, you could make this right with me and I'll update the review.

So this is a very decent product, you're not paying dealership prices so don't expect factory quality. I ordered the bezels and hooks. Fit was good and easy to install ,no complaints there.The issue is with the large main bolts that connect the hook to the frame, I received the wrong bolts. The instructions and truck call for an M12x1.50 bolt, I received something else and did not fit so I had to go source a grade 8 bolt on my own. The bolts on the left is what bought, the right ones were in the package with my order. A 1hr job turned into a 2 day headache.

The tow hook kit was easy to install with the separate purchase of revised plastic bumper tow hook trim kit. Install took 20-30 minutes and most of that was just ensuring proper alignment of the hooks. Really great design. If you want to paint them a custom color, I'd advise doing that to the tow hooks couple of days before the install so you are working with dry parts and don't have to mask off the front-end.They have a couple extra parts in the box, and I think it's because not all frame rails will use the same adapter plate. On some models, the left and right adapter is the same. Nice touch. They also included extra bolts.Overall, I would absolutely order from this seller again! A++!

Looks cast not forged. The finish is horrendous. Does not fit the same on each side. You can’t adjust. One side is centered one side is offset. Instructions suck. I should have bought OEM.
