Cheaper than OEM. Not sure about the fit. I had a lot of trouble getting the clips to seat on the transmission bracket. I had to file them down and work them slowly with a screwdriver to seat. Very brittle plastic on the clips.In the end it works. At this time the Delco part is like $60 more. I’d say it’s worth the savings.
