This regulator kept freezing open after a week or two of use and completely filled my tent and with CO2. I had a monitor and caught it but after the third time I spent the extra 10 bucks and bought a more heavy duty regulator. No problems with the new one!!! If you don't have a monitor or don't know what you're doing this regulator will kill you. Please do not use this if you value your life.

I have a Hayward Sense and Dispense hooked to the pool which reads PH level and doses Co2 when needed to bring PH down. Had the expensive Hayward brand dispenser (AQL-CHEM2) attached for about 3 years and it went bad. I used this valve and attached it to the Hayward flow regulator and it is working great. I couldn't keep the attached regulator as it doesn't allow for enough flow to get the PH down.Overall great product and much cheaper than replacing with a $400 new AQL-CHEM2

This failed on the second bottle it was used on. Worked normal for 2 days, 3rd day it dumped the tank while I was at work. No return available.

The only other regulator I have to test this against is a crappy Chicago Electric one from Harbor Freight so it kindof won by default. That being said, it's a very well-made regulator with a much more precise way of adjusting flow with the glass tube. Having the solenoid valve is a big $$$ saver for me. I have a bad habit of forgetting to turn off the gas on after I'm done welding and whatever defects are in my old regulator let the tank slowly leak until its empty. I've wasted over 2.5 tanks because of my bad memory. Now that I have the solenoid, I hooked it up to a switch that also turns on a small light bulb so it easily catches my attention before I leave the shop if I forgot to seal everything back up.

I have this paired with an automatic carbon dioxide controller for a greenhouse space. After using this device for two days, it froze wide open. There is literally ice on my tank on the device from it constantly pouring carbon dioxide into the home.This unit is a danger and should be removed from Amazon entirely. I’ll be sending this back and buying one from a reliable manufacturer.

This controller works well. I am using it for a grow tent to supply co2. I have to limit the co2 to 1500 or lower and choking the regulator down that low is a task because it has such a wide range to be used but none the less it does work great.
