This has a million parts and pieces. Thank God for my mechanically-inclined husband or this would have still been sitting in the box it came in. Once assembled, it's a fun, beautiful bike (and ride).

I love my new bike. My neighbors son put it together for me. Takes time to get used to it though. Had a rough time with how it rides at first. Looked up on youtube how to ride a bike like this. Got some good tips. Don't like bumps and slants. But getting used to them now. Now it's easy to ride. The brakes work very well. I like the little back support. I like to go grocery shopping now. And I can leave my stuff in the back basket while I go into another store. So nice to not have to bring a cart full of stuff in every store I go to. I just leave everything in the back basket. I can go to places I haven't been to in a long time also. Soooooo nice.

Very disappointed with the customer support. I had a difficult time trying to install the drive chain. I sent a email to the company support, stating my problem and asking for assistance, they never responded. The instructions stated that the whole assembly would take only two hours, which in my opinion was completely unrealistic. I finally had to pay for a professional bicycle repair man to come and complete the assembly. He said that the chain that was provided was not long enough. He added additional links to lengthen the chain to the proper size. He also told us that most bikes now have a button on the brake lever to lock the brake to keep the bike from rolling. This is especially useful when getting on and off the bike. This bike did not have this feature.If the customer support had responded, I might have found out that the chain was not long enough and they could have taken some corrective action; since I was able to complete most of the rest of the assembly.It was a frustrating experience, but the bike is nice once it was completed.

I purchased this bike. It comes completely in pieces so it needs to be fully built. Every piece is cheaply made and most of it is bent and broken and doesn't even remotely fit together. Like screws being over an inch from the hole they need to line up with. I have been trying to piece this bike together for weeks. The frame was so badly bent the tires wouldn't even connect, breakline won't work, chain loose, chain guard so bent the peddal hits against it. I reached out and they did send me a new bike. In the same condition. so now I have two bikes worth of parts and I still can not Frankenstein this monstrosity together. I think even if I did there's no way it's safe. This bike is so cheaply made for the price. Even the help video struggles with the breakline like I was. Then the video just cuts out and skips that part. Very unfortunate I bought this for an event and now I can't go because I don't have anything to ride. Even tried to pay an extra 400 to have a bike shop build it for me and they did not want to touch it. Will hopefully be getting my money back

The riding position is not good, is not good for me, (fit, 29 years, male) and its not good for my Aunt (86 years old), we will still keep it as putting it together was like 3 hours, don't even want to think about disarm and package to send it back, but some parts came damaged, bent, rusty, the pedal mechanism needed to be oiled to run better, just don't recommend it. there has to be better options for a trike for adult people.

The instruction booklet said that bike would take to hours to put together. It ended up taking me and two friends about 11 hours. The instruction booklet was no help, a youtube video was the only reason we figured it out. My peddle and bell came broken, and the chain cover was bent. After building it, it was unrideable because the chain is too long. I will say though the seller is very responsive and was quick to give me a partial refund so I could take the bike to a bike shop.Edit: I took this bike to the bike shop and they said it was a crap show. Not a single part of this bike was safe to ride, they quoted me over $200 to make the bike safe to ride. This was a huge waste of money. I decided to ignore the bad reviews and listen to the good ones. I would not ignore the bad reviews unless you want to waste your money.
