Not bad for the price. Only difficulty I ran into was the upper cap. Or top cap that I'm guessing is supposed to sit flush to the upper bearing cup thus concealing and applying the load to the bearings. Mine does not and im left with a fairly large gap. Poorly designed in this regard. Headset is smooth otherwise. This gap would definitely get your upper bearing and compression ring wet and possibly damaged in a rainstorm or three... no beuno.

Flawless installation and very smooth headset. Really good value! Installed it on a Trek 8.2 DS frame and it’s pretty much perfect.
