As a former plumbing contractor, my "Sawzall" got plenty of use. I generally had to buy expensive bi-metal blades that could cost nearly as much as this entire kit. They might last a bit longer, but not "THAT" much. These blades are sharp enough to cut whatever metal, wood or plastic that you might need them for. You might not get multiple uses out of them, but for this price, you don't need to.A nice assortment of metal and wood blades, there is a blade here for pretty much any use imaginable. The roll-up pouch is a great way to keep track of the various types of blades and keeps them secure until you need them. The blades use the standard blade mount and they fit in several of my saws, including Ridgid, Perter Cable and Milwaukee.Well worth the money!

These are packaged in a pretty nice roll up bag that secures with hook and loop. I have those plastic slide together cases so I think that I'll actually move the blades into those and use the bag for files or screwdrivers or something similar instead. If you look at the product page, the image makes clear the intent, but they use multiple languages. "Holz" which is German for wood, and "Metallo" which is Italian for metal. I found that unusual. They lengths are in metric, which isn't a major issue, but 100mm is about 4", 150mm about 6", 230mm about 9" and so on. You can estimate about 25mm per inch in other words. You get about twice as many wood blades as metal, which I like because I use the saw more on wood than metal. The blades held up fine, were nice and sharp, and were good quality. All this and the price per blade is pretty low. I'm pleased with this set and would get it again, perhaps even if I just needed another case like this.

I'm super impressed with the value proposition of this blade set. I have a Milwaukee Hackzall and these fit great. I don't fully understand how this many different blades, which come in the really cool fabric wrap bundle you'll see on the product description pic (kind of like how professional chefs carry their knives) could only be $16. That's just so many more blades than others I was looking at. Really happy with this purchase so far, though I haven't yet really put all the blades to the test. If that changes my perspective, I'll return here to update this review.

When I saw this 35-piece reciprocating saw blade kit – and storage case – for $21.99 (that is less than 63 cents a blade), I thought the quality of the blades would be minimal, sufficient for my occasional Do-It-Yourselfer odd jobs, but not excellent. I was wrong.I have purchased reciprocating saw blades in the past that cost much more than these blades and these 63 cent blades performed just as well.I tried one of the CRV 150mm/6”, 8TPI blades on a piece of Trex decking since the box the blades came in specifies that it could be used on “Plywood, Chipboard, Lumber, Plastic”. It cut smoothly and quickly through the Trex (see picture). I was actually surprised how smooth the cut was.I then tried one of the Bi-Metal 200mm/8”, 6/12TPI blades on a 4x4 with an embedded nail in it. It cut through the wood, of course, and never skipped a beat when it encountered the nail. The blade was no worse for the wear other than some missing paint (see picture). This blade is also 1.3mm thick compared with the .9mm thickness of the other Bi-Metal blades in the kit which adds to its durability. But the kit is more than the blades. It includes a nice (with one flaw) storage case. This case has an individual pocket for each of the ten different style blades. It has a flap that covers the tops of the blades and compactly rolls up and seals with Velcro; and it looks nice. There is only one thing about the case (the flaw) that I do not like. Each of the pockets are barely wide enough to hold the blades. Unless the blades are carefully removed from and replaced into their corresponding pockets, their teeth come into contact with the sides of the pockets. This will, sooner rather than later, damage the pockets given the extreme sharpness of the blades. If each of the pockets were even slightly wider it would increase the lifespan of the case. Having said this, however, I will not deduct a Star from the overall rating because this set of blades is a bargain at $21.99.One final note concerns the box the case is shipped in (see picture). I have chosen to keep it to store the case in because it helps protect the case and, for those who have need of it, on one side it has a list of specifications for the blades which includes a “For Use On” column.I definitely recommend this set of reciprocating saw blades.
