Construction and quality are very good. Purchased to use as a fender mount for a Ford F150, but the contour would not permit the fender mount under the hood. Not what I needed for my truck. But would recommend a contour matched.

I used one of these and screwed it to the top surface of the aluminum rail for my luggage rack. Mounted antenna to it, works great! Solid and does not bend.

These are the real deal they are thick will not flex. Cant wait to hurt myself walking by my truck bed they are long you are able to get antenna away from truck tool box .
