I bought a more expensive version of this wine opener. This one works just as well. Great to use on older bottles that have delicate corks.

Pretty much trash, I open older bottles regularly at work. Got this for the longer corks and bottles with a saturated cork. Looks nice but the prongs are made of thin metal or metal that’s not quenched it bends easily when removing a cork. The corkscrew is kind of nice but it came crooked. So when inserting into cork the end always comes out off center. Not worth $50. It’s essentially a novelty and only to be used once or twice.

This the best Ah So you can get or at least that I have seen. It works very well and crafted to the most discriminating of tastes.Highly recommend.

It works. Old wines have dry corks that disintegrate when removed. This device gets them out in one piece.

I use this on every 10+ year old bottle of with that I open. Works perfectly and costs far less than a Durand.

Have an old bottle of wine to open and you’re concerned about the integrity of the cork? Use this opener. Pretty sturdy. Easy to use. Less expensive than some others. looks pretty nice too.

Heavy but it does the job on stubborn corks.

The cork screw is not long enough to securely grip long corks of the great Bordeaux wines. So an eighth of inch cork is not cleanly removed.
