My son is in a cooking class and this came in handy recently when he had a homework assignment to bake chocolate chip cookies at home.He didn't use the egg separator, but the rest was exactly right for the amount he needed to bake. The sifter is a fine mesh, and a good size for the bowl. The bowl is good for baking or is a fine size for salad as well. I wouldn't use it for soup or anything hot, but that's only because it's plastic.I like that the set clips together, it helps to keep track of everything. The only thing I wouldn't use is the scraper tool--I would use a softer silicone/rubber spatula to clean out the bowl. If it's supposed to be a frosting smoother/cake tool, then it seems a bit small for that purpose.Overall, a pretty good baking set for someone who bakes smaller amounts at a time. This is about right for making a half dozen cookies, a box of Jiffy cornbread, etc.

This is a really nice set that provides easy storage by stacking all together. The set includes the sifter, the bowl, and an egg separator which, while I don’t often need to use with my baking, I do like having it as an option along with the handy sifter tool to help push flour through. 5/5 - The size is perfect for most of my baking needs, every piece is well made, it is very easy to clean and store. And, the bowl can double as a mixing bowl for other recipes where sifting is not required.
