Tips for disassembly and assembly of screws that are not easily damaged: To unscrew the screws, please place the screwdriver perpendicular to the screw, and then force the screws to rotate. The installation screws need to be tightened softly to the end, and finally tightened vigorously to fix them.
NOTE:Please test whether the new potentiometer patch has a resistance value before replacing it. If there is no resistance, the white part needs to be removed and installed upside down, and then the resistance needs to be tested. Refer to Figure 3 on the left and install the white parts in two directions. Then test the resistance. If there is no resistance after testing in both directions, it indicates that the potentiometer is damaged.

It was good but everything that was in the picture did not come with the package which would have made me fixing my controller a lot easier but non the lest I was still able to repair it

I replaced the potentiometers on the joystick for a ps4 and it seems to be working pretty good. So far so good. Some of the extra replacement part appear to be close to factory so I'm overall satisfied

For some reason there was a separate tiny baggy that contained the screws from this kit. I did not see them and almost threw them away. It is what I ordered and the parts look to be in good condition, it was just annoying that I almost threw away a part of the order by accident. I would like to see better packaging, but is a great deal for controller repairs.

I was having bad stick drift on my ps4 controller so I tried everything from recalibration to resetting the controllers. Nothing worked so I learned the little white disks go bad in the joy sticks. So i ordered these and took the white disks out and installed them into my controller. And now my controllers work good as new again. The tools were super helpful too and of good quality. I just wish the screw driver was a little bit longer since I have big hands

I ordered this product because my left joystick was starting to degrade and had a slight permanent lean towards the upward position (maybe a 5%). It was noticable in most games.After installing the first of two (which was a clean install), this unit was not properly calibrated. I had a semi-lean to the right (about a 15%) which wouldn't have been caused by install error. I had to remove that unit as well and install the third one. Whether it was calibrated or not is irrelevant because it was registering a large lean to the left (over 50%).While the controller might be salvageable, it's not worth trying to install a 4th joystick when the first one should have been properly configured.I do not recommend this product as they aren't properly configured and now I'm out a controller when I would have otherwise been able to fix it before using their junk.
