The Nitrogen Purge Tool is a game-changer for HVAC professionals, offering an easy-to-use solution that simplifies the process of purging and brazing. Unlike traditional nitrogen purge tools with complex dials, this tool allows you to quickly switch between "purge, braze, and close" modes by simply connecting a standard 1/4" refrigerant hose and a nitrogen tank regulator hvac. This eliminates the need for fumbling with a flow indicator valve, making it incredibly user-friendly. One of the key benefits of using the Nitrogen Purge Tool is its ability to extend the service life of HVAC equipment. By ensuring smooth nitrogen flow into pipe fittings during purging and brazing, it effectively removes refrigerant, moisture, and debris. This not only prevents oxidation and potential equipment failure but also keeps the pipes clean, thereby extending the lifespan of metal pipes. Ultimately, this helps in saving a significant amount on estimated repair costs, making it a cost-effective investment. Precision and affordability are at the heart of the Nitrogen Purge Tool. With an air inlet pressure of 50psi and a maximum inlet pressure of 200psi, the nitrogen purge regulator precisely controls the nitrogen flow, ensuring more stable and accurate purging and welding effects. This precision avoids unnecessary gas waste, making the tool both efficient and economical. Whether you're looking for a hvac nitrogen purge kit or a nitrogen purge adapter, this tool meets all your needs. Durability is another hallmark of the Nitrogen Purge Tool. Its all-metal structure is designed to be robust and wear-resistant, ensuring that it can withstand the rigors of daily use. The compact and lightweight design means it can easily fit into tool bags, toolboxes, or even pockets, without any worry of wear or breakage. This makes it an indispensable part of any HVAC professional's toolkit, providing reliability and longevity.

Very useful for brazing hvac systems. This is a second one, not because the first wasn't working but because it worked really good and I wanted to have a second setup for another tank. I would recommend this.

Good tool for setting a little N2 flow, purge or sweep in your HVAC lines. This is better than just ballparking some flow with a valve. This fits neatly in line and in between any standard 1/4" refrigerant connections. Set it for "BRAZE" is less flow and "PURGE is for more flow. Great for keeping a slight yet continuous dry nitrogen sweep through the system to avoid introducing any ambient air. Convenient to use.We hope this is helpful in your decision. Cheers ! !
