The plates are easy to install. The vest has an extra pocket at the top so that you can put keys or phone in. It works great

Purchased the vest a month ago and wanted to give it a fair run before writing a review. Overall very happy with the quality, fit and feel of the vest. Found it great for added weight when working out and was very comfortable when running. The padding on the shoulders provides support and the weighted plates fit snuggly against chest and back to keep limited movement. The only con to the vest is that doing a quick adjustment when running requires you to stop. There are two velcro tabs for keeping the front chest flap secure which are a bit of a pain to fold under and if not done right will rub on your under shirt. No show stopper but just a small thing.Overall a great vest and worth the 5 stars.

Love the best but the cables came out in both sides during Murph. I had worn it twice and the third they came out and won’t stay in anymore. Can’t use the vest now since I have no way for the vest to wrap around me. Not sure if this is a common thing or if there is an easy fix but right now I can’t wear it

If you look at the video that’s in the description the vest is amazing if you are a tiny person the vest is a amazing but for me this a bad fit I lift weights maybe 4 days out the week but two days out of the week I do CrossFit was extremely excited about how well this vest is put together they did great on the quality but I can’t adjust the length of the shoulder straps I’m 6’5 290 with big shoulders so it fits me like a pibBut otherwise this is well put together

Hi spartan I have black vest 20 vest steel plates just used for 1st time I have back pain and knee problematic but love vest and plates quality grrrat.The issues is I got December 2022 Amazon can't exchange plates or refund so I can order a lower weight set help please ty PS:GREAT QUALITY

This is an absolutely fantastic tool to intensify a workout! It is perfectly balanced, and comfortable, and to add a bit of vanity,...it looks pretty cool as well. If you like that sort of thing, it gives you a bit of a boost to knock out that last set of whatever exercise you are doing. It was easy to set up, (I watched a Youtube video) took me all of five minutes. Just a really great product.

Horrible product to use for workouts unlike what it says. If you do any kind of running it bounces up and down the whole time. Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if it would let me
