Nice pretty leather but when i carried my light bass with the replacement handle from my car to a gig the leather end sliced open. This was the first time I used it!

Wish the leathe was a little thicker. The last handle broke because the leather was too thin.

Replacement handle for 1924 Martin 0-size guitar case. Original handle gave up the ghost in the late '60's and was replaced with a handle apparently exactly like this one. That one lasted 50-plus years. Hope this one will too.

Bought this product to replace the original handle on an acoustic guitar case. It was certainly a nice looking and comfortable replacement handle. However, after six months of normal use one of the straps suddenly broke. I originally thought the leather straps that looped around the case hardware and buckled was pretty thin. My suspicions were correct. Very disappointed for a handle that costs over $35. I would look for other options unless you are buying for a very light weight instrument such as mandolin, violin, etc.

My wife gave our 10 year old granddaughter the flute she played in high school and the case needed a new handle. This fits the bill perfectly, since the case was in excellent condition.
