I am really enjoying this tea. First, it comes with nice packaging -aka a separate bag that is clearly gift giving worthy. And second, it comes in a foldable "book-like" storage container which holds all the teas in small (american) half dollar sized packages.In order to use the tea you unwrap it from its individually enclosed paper container and place it directly into a the wire mesh strainer of your choice. (The tea is loose leaf but pressed into a "coin" and it comes apart in hot water to become large loose leaf tea leaves, so you don't want to place it directly into water without any way to strain the leaves out).The tea is aged and delicate, and as the instructions suggested, may not require sweetener. I agree, as sweetener would cover up some of what you are able to enjoy in a delicate and aged tea such as this one.I absolutely would consider getting this again. Recommended.

This tea impressed me from the jump- it comes in a box with a heavy-duty gift bag and the tea itself, which is in the most luxurious looking box you’ve ever gotten tea in. It opens like a book!Once you’ve gawked at the packaging, the tea is in small discs that are individually wrapped and have individual nesting spots in the box. They truly make the price feel worth it before you even get to the tea itself!The tea is a beautiful white tea, and it is quite high quality. It’s a nice herbal, slightly bitter (in a good way) tea that reminds me of bai mu tan, my favorite white tea. It brews wonderfully and doesn’t change flavor too bad if you let it steep too long, like I occasionally do.If you are looking for a gift for a tea lover, this is THE gift. And it’s just as tasty as it is pretty!
