This product charges iphone slowly & does not fully charge my phone even when fully charged. Pretty disappointing.

This battery backup does in fact charge my phone however when I plug my fast charger in it will fully charge the backup but my phone doesn’t get fully charged no matter how long I leave it plugged in. Not what I wanted at all.

Phone case stopped working and is no longer charging my phone 2 days after the return window opened very disappointing I have to take my phone out of the case to charge it instead of it’s original purpose

Battery does take a while to charge and when using it I think the phone is losing battery power or staying the same.The amp output is 1.5ah so I should have known it was going to be slow charging.

This is the 3 rd one bought. Twice the connector to the phone broke. Once the extended battery stopped working. All 3 within months of purchase. Offers no protection to the actual phone.

My iPhone 12 Pro Max was dying because Apple likes to play games when you get to that 79 percent battery life mark (battery health not daily percentage) my phone was dying in 2 hours and not even using it. I received this to get some life back and wow it helped until I got the battery fixed. Only gripe would be to not expose the camera so much and the MagSafe sticker feels weak but works
