I have had this charger case for less than 60 days and it has already stopped working. It will not charge my phone when connected to the case. I have used similiar brands like this before and never experienced this problem. I tried to contact seller through Amazon but was never able to get into direct touch with the seller.

I drop my phone constantly. This case scratches easily! This is not a good case for clumsy people. Beware my fellow uncoordinated gravity worshippers. Battery life is great though. Also I was sent a red one, instead of pink. Didn’t want to even bother with the return. Whatever 🙄

I purchased this product in order to have a longer Battery life for my phone. I put the case on my phone, charged overnight, and used my phone to search the web. Within a few hours the battery was run down. I had a real Mophie juice pack before and the battery lasted 2-3 days.I am not sure if this battery pack is old, or what, but it will not hold a charge.

Pros: Battery life is great. The charge on/off button works really well (some other brands are not so good). I absolutely love the red color. Not bad getting the phone in the case.Cons: case color scratches off very easily. I have only had the case for a couple weeks and as you can see from the photo the color has started scratching off in spots. I’m not even a very active user, so this isn’t going to work out for me in the long run. It was also fairly difficult to get the phone out of the case, I felt like I might break something.If your aim is to have a cheap battery case for a year or so and replace it anyway, this will probably do the trick for you.

I loved the color and the texture of the phone case however it started to scuff in edges around openings such as around camera holes. I bought it for my phone as I used to have one by Phonesuit that I used for years until it started falling apart due to me dropping phone. This was was easy to slip onto phone but very difficult to remove from case. It also states not to remove phone the same way it can only removed otherwise it will damage the phone case. As careful as I was, it got damaged the first time I needed to remove phone since it was no longer charging. It didn't work for very long. I sent it back immediately for a refund. I've had experience with Phonesuit so I recommend that brand better. I've also used the brand Casely that lasted a few months but less than a year they all crapped out. I will not buy again from this company.

it does have pass through charging which will charge your phone first and than charge the case.. i been on my phone all day today (using it heavy) and about to go to sleep with 1/4th on the case and 100% on iphone.. i tried to kill it but its got a lot of power!yes i have power banks all kids from 5000mah to 32,000mah.. thats the way to go if your camping! but walking around with cables and moving around making sure nothing unplugs.. i like this battery case its really nice and not too big! if it was a little bigger it would be too big.. but its just right!it charged my phone yesterday from 0-100% 2 times while using the phone while watching youtube and using it on the heavy side..it would be nice if it could support charging phone and case at the same time, but its ok leave it for the night and both will be topped off..i didnt mention.. i live in the country so my service isnt the best which means that my phone uses more power to connect to a cell tower.. no longer im looking for chargers mid day.. im good!! trust me i tried to kill the battery case using the phone very heavy all day.. cant kill it!

Bought this because my iPhone battery doesn’t hold a charge like it used to. This battery case was just what the doctor ordered, now I don’t have to worry that my phone will go dead just when I need it. It charges rather quickly after the phone is charged and keeps its charge until you use it to charge your phone.
