It holds pieces together before you sew - better than pins sometimes! Clips and pins can break your needles but the glue holds it and won’t break your needle.

I use a lot of this when sewing. Unlike using pins, this glue does not distort or pull the fabric when you are stitching a precision piece like a collar on a dress shirt. You also don't need to pull them out during the sewing process. I get a better result and you can easily remove the fabric and glue it again if you are are not happy with the fit of the pieces. Much better than fusable webbing which simply cannot be repositioned. Highly recommended. You can use an iron with medium heat to set the glue instantly. Washes out of the piece easily.
