I got this because our stairway is naked, and we are always sliding on it and it's not very safe. So, got these to make things safer around here. So easy to put on. I make sure and clean wherever we are going to put it on to make sure it stays put. Totally recommend.

We got these to put on the basement steps that have no carpet on them. These are great. They go down and no adhesive or anything is needed! The backing of them allows them to stay in place very well.

Pretty good. I can't really complain. They were easy enough to install and seemed like they were good quality. I have a house of 5 where there are two teenagers and two younger children, so the tread on my stairs is real. I wanted something to protect them. These will certainly do the job. They aren't so thin that they are pointless. The design is simple and cute. I will say that you have to take your time installing them. The stickiness seemed to hold up at first but peeled on the edge. I had to get some corner stickers to help keep it down. But once I did that I haven't had any issues. The fact you get a whole pack enough for a standard flight of stairs is good for the price.

So I have to admit when I first opened the box.I thought what the heck? On first impression it seemed like I was just getting thin pieces of felt. Full disclosure I had seen stair treads before so was expd ting it to feel more like a thicker carpet. My husband quickly corrected me and said "no that would be a trip hazard! " well I didn't want that because the reason I ordered these is I was afraid of slipping down the stairs.Since I really loved the blue shade I went ahead and pull them out of the box. I still was not a hundred percent sold on them, but decided to give it a try. My son and I vacuumed the steps and started installation once completely dry.Tips we learned:1. Use the little pool tab on the back to take the plastic off. Silly me didn't even realize that was there until the fourth one! Lol2. Be careful not to touch the sticky side too much.Because the stickiness is really slight.3. To get a really uniform look , measure your steps and then find a box or somethin that measures the same. Ours ended up 4.25 inches on each side. We then used a couple of markers to lay towards the front as spacers. That method really created a nice uniformed to look.I have to say, after a couple of days of going up-and-down these I am really loving them more and more! The blue color just really pops and I am feeling so much safer!

The stick really well and look amazing, I did order a size that was too big to so I used the accents as a guide for my cuts instead and they still turned out AMAZING for what I wanted them for!

I chose the black treads to blend in somewhat with my dark espresso-stained hardwood floors. My dark stain shows scratches (along with every Nano particle of dust) so I also appreciate the added protection for my floor finish. The black box pattern is simple and subtle, giving them a nice look without feeling too industrial.When I first opened the box, I was a bit concerned about how thin they seemed (approx 3/16”, see photo), but thanks to the pile, they actually feel cushioned and comfortable underfoot. I also realize that 3/16” will be better to avoid tripping. The pile also seems pretty durable.Installation was straightforward, but it’s important to follow the instructions—make sure your floors are completely free of dust and debris before placing the treads. Also, avoid touching the sticky backing while installing if you want to maintain maximum adhesion. The grip is strong enough to keep them in place, but these are not permanently adhered, so they can be repositioned if needed. I have a light gait and don’t drag my feet, so they stay put for me, but I do wonder if they might shift more with heavier foot traffic or someone who tends to shuffle their steps. Time will tell.At $29.99 for a set of 15 (about $2 per tread), I find these to be a great value. I’m also curious about the machine-washable claim and how that will affect the stickiness over time. For now, I’ve decided not to use the additional tape provided, just to see how they hold up on their own. Overall, I’m happy with these treads!

I recently decided to move from a Red/Burgundy themed steps to a Dark Grey step theme, and I have no regrets. This matches very, very well with the Carpet that I have and it's good quality. I have some extra left back as well that can be used in the future if these gets old.Install is very simple and after removing the film from the back these stick onto the floor very, very, well. This is good whether you're getting it for pets or just want it for the non slip nature, overall I'd give this a 5 stars as it looks good, is decently priced, and does what it promises.
