Update: They reached out to us and were able to send us the missing fitting. It came quickly and we appreciate their help resolving this. The product itself is okay and works fine for our project, however we were only sent 19 fittings and it was supposed to include 20. Make sure you count them before doing your project! We now have an installed railing with one missing fitting. I've attempted to contact the company 3 times to send us the missing one and haven't gotten a response. Disappointed in their customer service.

These anchor/turn before substitutes are complete junk. They come apart way too easily to even think about using them for any type of railing. I even purchased the crimping tool suggested in the product description, crimped exactly 2 specifications according to this manufacture and still have had nine out of 10 blowouts where cables are coming loose and completely disconnected. Stay away! there are far better options available.

Used these for a cable railing install. Really liked how they worked out for us. They are easy to use, look nice, and, a couple months in, no signs of rust or other issues.

Good quality, easy to install. Easy adjustment. No issues crimping these with a tool specifically for 1/8 deck cabling. These are nice and tight and none have pulled out from the crimp. Very easy project.

This instructions and installation require three per corner which would have been nice to know before ordering. I think the advertisement should reflect this.
