This has a place for engine data and the details about your boat. Made a great gift for a new boat owner.

When this arrived, I was very pleased. A heavy plastic cover, bound with high quality pages that are pre-filled and blank. Compared to the other journals, this was far better and actually cost less. I highly recommend.

This appears to be a good quality book that will hold up to repeated use. What I like about it:-Plastic cover to protect it from splashes and spills-Heavyweight, durable paper-Good format without a lot of extraneous entries I'll never use-Covers most routine checks and provides a good reminder for these-Plenty of space to add your own entries/notes to individual logs-Nice looking, nautical themed cover-Binding allows it to be laid flat or folded over making it easy to use-Reasonably priced as compared to other logbooksWhy it didn't get 5 stars:-A few typos/misspellings take away from the professional appearance-Some entries do not allow space for twin engines while others do-No centralized section for general notes and reminders, you have to flip back through individual logs to find them.-Only one entry for battery info, my boat has 4 of them-Radio log space only big enough to enter number of transmissions with no details (FCC requirement)-Lacking entries when it comes to the transmission info, ie. gear ratio, serial numberA few shortcomings, but overall it serves its purpose very well. I like this one the most out of all the logbooks I've seen.
