Kinda cheap, but it makes up for it in proper blocking of light flare.

A little thin on the material.. Not really square enough on the end to stand up the lens. Fits well and shades light properly. Might protect the lens from a drop (or uncontrolled running brat running around the wedding you are shooting) once or twice, but the hood will give it's life in the process. Very low price for an item that can be hard to get OEM on the used market. Pros should probably look elsewhere, but it's fine for the rest of us.

No, it didnt fit the 80-200 lens I have, I tried to make sure it was the right one and the system did not indicate that there are different fits, so it is just sitting at home not being used..

I'm giving this at 3 since I don't think it's entirely the fault of the seller that this does not fit my lens. I'm sure that I chose the right manufacturer and the right zoom level but it seems as though Nikon makes a number of different lenses that fall within that specification. What I do know is that this did not fit my lens. It took a while to get here. That said, the seller was very quick to offer a refund when I told him it did not fit my camera.
