Your cart is empty.The new dustpan offering works with all major central vacuum brands and is great for the kitchen. You hook up to an inlet and you can simply sweep debris and dirt into the opening, making for fast, efficient clean up without use of a hose or any additional vacuum accessories. The new re-designed automatic dustpan's front panel is 2 1/4" in height, with the new designed integrated low profile fitting that is included. The clearance requirement to install the automatic dustpan underneath the kick plate or within a baseboard is only 2". This means that there is no more need for cutting any access holes in cabinets to install or remove the sweep inlet. Each redesigned automatic dustpan comes with an integrated low profile fitting that allows the automatic dustpan to easily slide in and out of the cut out when using the 2" flex piping. It carries forward the slick design and fabrication of it's predecessor and is reinforced with an on/off level to prevent breakage.

Installation took me all of 2 minutes. There is an adaptor (included) that allows you to easily connect your vacuum line (usually a short hose, not solid tube) to. The adaptor can be positioned anywhere from 90° - 270° radius (approx). I used a pipe clamp to connect the hose to the adaptor/dust pan, connected the two low-voltage wires, installed two screws and that was it. The small opening of this dust pan allows dust and other debris to be vacuumed inside very quickly. Operation of this pan is as simple as flipping the foot switch from left (off) to right (on) and right (on) to left (off). This unit is loud when in operation, but the sound it makes isn't that bad for 5-15 seconds. I 100% recommend this unit. If you need a face plate, there is one that fits this Cen-Tec sweep pan. It's used if you have a larger cutout than what the size of this unit is. In my case, I was replacing a different model inlet dustpan with this one and this one isn't as tall (2.5") where the old one was at least 1/8" - 1/4" taller. Width is the same though.

don't buy the other option that doesn't come with the black pipe adapter. This one is much more versatile and easy to install. The black pipe piece is not glued on, so you can adjust the position or not use at all.

This toe kick looks great in my kitchen. The only problem is the durability. I’m afraid it may not last as long as I hope it should . It works great and looks great. We’ll see what happens in the future. The install was pretty simple so if it needs to replaced it won’t take much. Fingers crossed it will last a long time!

Works great!!! Used a small shop vac to hook it up and works well. Had to make an adapter to reduce down to the desired smaller hose.

This was a pleasant surprise. The produce came promptly and is more than I expected. I thought I was ordering just a door to install at the base of my cabinets I was going to hook it to a small shop vac in the basement to clean the floors in the kitchen while manually turning on the vac. This unit can be hooked to a low voltage control unit to turn the vac on and has led lights pointed at the opening. All I need to do was get a 24 v transformer and relay to make the unit work. Just like a Central vac
