Install this 2 years ago 300k still going strong but will replace soon I am a hot shot driver don’t want to take any chances my truck is a 2017 Ram 2500 6.7 800k miles

don't buy here worst customer service kicking around parts quality low I both fan clutch after 25k stop working even if they promise 2 year warranty this is total lie I bearlie get refund from Amazon don't buy here

Had this fan clutch installed a little over a year ago on my 2015 Ram 5500 6.7 Cummins. The original fan clutch eventually stopped engaging which was problematic during the summer heat because the radiator, trans and engine temps would never cool down properly. Also, the fan itself (which is attached to the fan clutch) developed quite a bit of horizontal "play" and the fan clutch bearing was also whining so I ended up replaying the pulley/bearing also at the same time.After he fan clutch was replaced and truck started up, the fan clutch engaged shortly after as expected. A year later and the fan clutch still works as expected.

I was hesitant to just throw money and parts at my trucks cooling issue, but I had run out of leads as far as diagnosing my fan issue. But lo and behold, it was definitely the clutch. Mine has worked flawlessly since I changed it out. It is hard to beat OEM parts sometimes.

I bought this genuine MOPAR part because I thought it would be more reliable that an after market one. Unfortunately it worked for only 7 months and now won't engage the fan. The most disappointing part is that the warranty is for two years and as of now, I am still working on getting help with replacing it. Amazon said it was MOPARs responsibility while MOPAR and my local dealership says it is Amazon's responsibility as the seller.
