This was requested by a customer for an outdoor shower. Not your typical use in the Carolinas. The drain is set up so in cannot hold water and will always drain so, no freezing problems. It has been months now and did fine in the freezing and the heat. Still looks shiny black. It is well taken care of in a covered area but it is always in the open air. We followed the directions for install and it is completely secure with no movement. Be aware that you need to read the instructions and plan your install & all pitfalls BEFORE install. We were so glad we did, if we had just cut the decking, we would have ended up in the middle of a beam. As it was, an easy 2 inch adjustment before cutting... Just sayin'
