I really like the size and quality of the stone, the peel, and the cutter, but I didn’t realize the cutter doesn’t have a blade guard. There is a thin plastic sleeve that came on it, but it’s not really much for protection. Cuisinart needs to rethink this.

These are handy tools if you like making your own homemade pizzas. The pizza stone delivers perfectly baked pizzas. Using the pizza peel is actually fun and makes me think I am working in a pizzeria. The cutter goes thru the pizza slicing it perfectly every time. Very happy with this purchase and love using these tools.

Couldn’t wait to use. It arrived and we started warming it up right away. My bbq doesn’t get as hot as a pizza oven but this is a great upgrade over making pizza in a conventional oven. I will be using it lots!

sturdy andthe folding handle is really a good idea for storing what would otherwise be too large. The stone has worked wonderfully on our gas grill. It will make a believer of you.

If you can get your oven hot enough and give the stone time to heat up, superior crusts can be made.Use a little corn meal on the peel if using fresh pizza dough to help pizza slide on to the hot stone.Peel is a little flimsy, but the cutter is sturdy and works better than a roller.
