I bought two of these as my 9th and 10th Zakarian Nonstick Cast Iron pieces. Other than the griddle, they are mostly used as serving pieces that keep the food warm a bit longer and look great on the table. I warm them on the top rack of my grill as I'm cooking and pull the food off the grill and directly into these. I then move them to the table.They clean up super easy using dishsoap and scubbing pad that you just can't use on seasoned cast iron.Keep in mind, these are quite large, so suited to serving the entire meal for a small family or one dish for a crowd. Also, neither of the two of these that I recieved are perfectly flat on the bottom so wobble on my granite countertop, but they are always sitting on a silicon magnetic trivet when I serve with them so it's not an issue for me but YMMV.
