Yes, the smallest hose connector is 5/16 not the 3/8 that was on my original. But the fix is simple. Remove the old plastic connector and line. Just use a piece of 3/8 rubber fuel line which fits over the plastic nib nice and tight. You will likely break the old plastic hose connector anyhow. Add some hose clamps for insurance.

Dorman makes some good cheap replacement products, unfortunately this one let me down. The hose connection nipples on mine are undersized, resulting in small leaks and DTC P0442 appearing repeatedly. You could try this and add some O-rings or silicone washers inside the air supply and tank return hoses, as for me I'm getting a genuine OEM part.
