Really impressed with this! I bought it to use to take food to work potlucks and to holiday dinners. It kept my pasta salad cold all day! Really nice quality and can’t beat it for the price. I got the white one and got all kinds of compliments at work on its appearance. It’s a great size, fit a whole box of pasta and some veggies and salami lol. The only thing I would say is to make sure you have that kid good and locked if you’re carrying it by the handle, cuz I definitely lost half of my pasta salad to the asphalt but I think that was user error. Would recommend!

I had an opportunity to use this last week, for the first time. It works great and kept my food warm for 3 hours (Maybe longer but i used it by then). It's large, holds as much as my biggest pot. I had to change my rating from 5 to 4 stars because of the difficulty of removing the gasket and the lack of instructions for it.

Bowl is nicely made with no visual or construction defects. With the lid off it sits nicely on a table for presentation.Finish is a nice matte white and appears to be durable.I didn't take temp readings but it did keep food warm, with some temp loss, for over two hours.I am a little divided on the lid. It has a good design with the handle, the twist lock, the steam release, and the insulation. It does lock fairly solid and supported a heavy load of mashed potatoes but I'm not a fan of the hidden mechanism. It could be hard to clean if it got dirty inside and could be prone to failure. Giving it the benefit of the doubt for now.IMO very overpriced at eighty two dollars. Maybe close to fifty would be reasonable.Recommended - 4.5 stars

Put this to the test with a bunch of ice. First picture is at the start, second is at 8 hours with lots of cubes still present, third is at 16 hours, where it still had a few tiny pieces of ice. Feels sturdy. Lid lock mechanism works well. Will be great for work parties when there’s limited fridge space, or for events that are a few hours from the house.

We purchased the 2 Qt version first and liked it so much that we decided to purchase the 5 Qt version as well. The locking lid feature is really clever and useful. We will be using these to bring dishes to family get togethers and Pot lucks.
