This Ebike was purchased mid December for my son's Christmas. The bike's battery died exactly 1 day after the return window for Amazon closed. I did purchase the Assurion extended warranty, so I am hoping that will cover the defective issue.

This Bike is amazing ! From the moment I took it out for a ride, I was blown away by the powerful 750W motor, which gives me smooth acceleration—perfect for both city streets and off-road adventures. The full suspension system makes for an incredibly comfortable ride, absorbing bumps and rough terrain with ease.The removable 48V 13Ah battery is super convenient, providing plenty of range for my daily commutes and weekend rides (I can easily hit around 46 miles on PAS mode). The fat tires offer excellent stability and grip, making this bike a dream to ride on sand, gravel, and even snow (this winter was perfecttime for me to try it on snow).I also love the cruise control, which makes long rides more relaxing. Plus, the UL cert gives me peace of mind knowing the bike meets safety standards.Overall, this bike is an absolute gamechanger—powerful, reliable, and fun to ride. Whether you're commuting or exploring trails, this is the perfect e-bike. Highly recommend! 🚴♂️🔥

I chose this ebike because of its design. After about 100 miles ridden on it, I would say that it’s perfect for both relaxed rides and off-road adventures. The 750W motor gives it plenty of power, letting me hit speeds up to 28 MPH and tackle steep hills easily. The 624Wh removable battery lasts a good while and takes about 6-7 hours to charge. I love the four ride modes, from pure electric to pedal assist, so I can pick what works best for me. The fat tires and suspension make it super comfortable, even on bumpy trails. Plus, the retro design is cool, and it can handle up to 330 lbs, which is great. Overall, it’s been a fun and reliable bike for all kinds of rides.

It's been a fantastic experience so far! The bike is incredibly well-built, with a sturdy high carbon steel frame and a sleek black design that turns heads wherever I go.The 750W brushless hub-drive motor is powerful enough to handle both casual rides and off-road adventures with ease. While the max speed is advertised as 28MPH, I've been consistently getting around 26-27MPH, which is still impressive and might vary for others.One of the standout features for me is the full suspension system. The front fork absorber and rear suspension work together to provide a smooth and comfortable ride, even on bumpy terrain. The 20"×4.0 fat tires also contribute to the bike's excellent stability and traction.The brakes are solid and reliable, giving me the confidence to ride at higher speeds without worrying about stopping power. The dual hydraulic brake system ensures that I can come to a quick and safe stop whenever needed.The 48V/13Ah removable battery is another highlight. It charges relatively quickly (6-7 hours) and provides a decent range, allowing me to cover long distances without any issues. I purchased bike to ride on local trails and i couldn’t be happier. To start, the bike is shipped in a really sturdy box. Everything was in excellent condition upon arrival. Installation was very easy. The instructions are very straightforward and I was able to completely assemble the bike in about 30 minutes. I am not particularly handy and it was easy for me. The performance is great. The range seems true and the speed is also as advertised. The bike feels like it’s going incredibly fast, but it’s really stable at top speed, which is nice when you want to get somewhere fast. I have put around 100 miles on the bike this far and everything is operating as I hoped it would. The tires are a nice thick size and they perform really well on pavement and off road. I really don’t have anything negative to say about this bike. I am over 6 feet tall and 250 pounds and it is very comfortable. The suspension is great and makes for a really comfortable ride, and it also alleviates a lot of stress on your body. Overall, I am so pleased with this purchase and I will be buying another one for my wife!
