Like the title says, this injector puller won't fit whatsoever for the om648. The prongs on the puller are way to wide to enter the injector. And good luck with injector #1 because it won't fit. The item description should be changed as it very misleading.

If you've ever needed to remove and replace a Benz diesel injector, you know they are stubborn to remove, expensive to buy, and want to avoid damaging the intake or block. This set, complete with a mini slide hammer, is perfect for getting those stubborn injectors out for testing, cleaning, or replacement. The tool set will reduce the probability of damaging an otherwise decent injector that needs a new o-ring and good cleaning - saving you multiples of the tool's value. I don't think this would hold up to heavy-duty daily use - but for the garage mechanic, it's a great addition to keep your MB on the road.
