Bought this for a 2008 Nissan Titan. Slightly different design from OEM. You use the included adapter instead of the stock rear plate/adapter, but you still use the front plate, and you definitely need the stock spacer. Be careful when removing your old pulley because that spacer will vanish on you, and then you are stuck. Most likely it landed somewhere on top of the AC compressor, but good luck getting it back from there.

Installed on my 2017 Nissan Frontier. Works exactly as it should. As others have mentioned, this one does have a washer that is not on the oem part. It goes to the back facing the engine. If in doubt just make sure this pulley is lined up with the others and it’ll work as needed. If it’s out of line you’ve got it on backwards.

Slight difference from the OEM on my 2008 Nissan Titan but worked fine and didn’t change the alignment of the belt. I was a little worried at first

I bought this idler pulley because the bearing on my OEM Nissan idler pulley went out (2005 Nissan Frontier 4.0L V6). I bought it mainly because the price was half as much as the dealership wanted, and also because I have used a lot of GATES products in the past, quality stuff.I only gave it a 4 star because there was no instructions on which side to mount the enclosed spacer. I figured it out after a few tries. The spacer goes on the inside, closest to the engine. If you put the spacer on the outside, you will throw off the belt alignment. NOT GOOD!!!!I do recommend it!
