Parts are hard to connect to each other and they hold very loose. Recliner is perfect. Surface is comfortable for sitting and relax but not for sleeping

I had concerns about shipping and they responded quickly and provided tracking numbers. the furniture is exactly as described and comfortable.

I have had this set about 6 months and the leather is already fading and tearing in areas. I thought since this set was labeled as genuine leather, it would be of higher quality. I’ve had faux leather that held up longer than this set and it hasn’t even been used much. It looked great initially, but definitely doubting the quality.

At first only the loveseat arrived. I was worried because the tracking indicated the set had been delivered.But a couple of days later the chair arrived. The leather is perfect and the set is well constructed. I love this set. It looks great, functions well and is very comfortable.

Love them. Looks great in my living-room. The only thing I wish they would offer to have the furniture ready to use. It wasn’t hard. Luckily I had a family member that knew what he was doing.

It arrived my son. just finished putting it together very. easy to put together. Then it's very comfortable. It's a good quality. piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend anybody buying this.

I’ve had this for more than a month now and I’m not really satisfied which means below 3 stars. First of all, the high shipping cost but they won’t deliver inside. The least I was expecting was to deliver inside my 1st floor living room but the FedEx left it on driveway. The assembly was easy but that is the source of few other problems. The arm rest doesn’t lock, if you pull straight up, they come out. Also it squeaks every time you move or change poster. It feels unstable while using the reclining functions. Yes, the leather looks genuine and that’s the satisfactory part. Tried contacting seller for the squeaky sound, they asked for videos for proof. The bottom line is, I would not buy large furniture from Amazon. If return is a hassle, you are definitely taken for a ride by seller.
