The panels were cut to the exact height of the garage panel, just had to cut to the correct length. My only complaint is the little two sided tape squares. My experience is that I will have to come back and redo the sections I used them on. Went to Lowe’s and got more heavy duty two sided tape that I could attach with strips and it works great. Not sure about the insulation valve but should find out today with very cold weather arriving.

I bought it primarily for summer heat, but I can walk in there now while it’s cold outside and it’s warm inside nice and insulated

Width chosen to fit snugly in panels and length that was slightly longer than longest panel of 8ft wide, 16 panel, garage door. Easy to trim length to fit. Supplied 6 double sided tape squares per panel worked well (no serious sagging when garage door open).Disappointed that all panels had folds from packaging that are obvious on the installed panels and a few panels had other minor indentations that detract from the look of the finished install.However, my garage is now noticeably cooler!

Absolutely crap! It will stick to the garage door for one week the fall off… I have to use silver tape to secure it.Would love to get my money back.

The 2 sided tape was not a good adhesion..bought liquid nails and they are now good to go
