3rd string broke when I started to play. 8th string buzzed. The winding was broke. Pedal steel required a lot of fine tuning. After dialed up tone was good, but will not purchase GB-E9 strings ever again. Lot of money to pay for bad strings.

I've used many different string brands....bur these GHS GB-E9 strings sound best on my Carter steel guitar. They also stay in tune very well, and are among the lowest priced E9th sets I have found.
