Thick material and it appears very durable.Construction is top notch with all edges and stitching finished very well.It will hold picks of various shapes, sizes, and thicknesses, and when 'fully loaded' still easily closes.Personally I would like to see more available color choices, but the product itself is exactly as described and works well.The only thing some may find issue with (and I'd say you really have to look for one) is that the slots are very tight initially, but that does not stop them from performing their function/duty as pick holders.... so.....If you're looking for a product like this for your pick storage, and you like the design, then you should be happy with this.It looks a bit better in person and I imagine it will look even better once it gets a bit 'distressed'.The only critique I have is they're limiting their sales by only offering 5 Letters... luckily I wanted 1 of those 5.I hope this helps.

Got this pick holder for my "guitar guy" friend who's always losing picks. It comes with a key ring (detachable; it just loops over the closure strap), which I thought would enable him to hook it to his guitar case. (He hasn't used it yet, so I'm not sure whether that will work. )You likely wouldn't use this as an actual keychain—it's way too big. The pick holder is much larger than I thought it would be. I would guess it's roughly 4" x 5". But that makes sense when you realize it holds 18 picks in individual slots.The leather and stitching seem decent, and the enmbossed monogram is a fun touch. Overall, a great gift for the guitar or ukulele players in your life!
