I had problem while using this product, my cycle fell down while driving on the highway. I requested for return and they give me wrong post code and address, had to call them but again they send me the same address.

Had a similar incident below. Tightened all straps, double checked all screws the morning of my son’s trip. 2 very expensive bikes fell off and were struck by another vehicle. The company takes zero accountability and pushes it to your own fault. Thank God nobody was injured but out thousands as a result of this product is saddening. Do not recommend at all!!!!

I want a bike rack that can be easily installed and removed. Locking is great. Not much movement while driving. Driving on the highway, my bike parked on it very smoothly. I like that it's super easy to lock, so it can't be stolen. This is the best bike rack I've ever owned.
