The Rack is nice, however, 365 the Sellers are not very Knowledgeable. The hitch pin that comes with the Rack is 5/8" threaded and doesn't lock. I have a 2" hitch receiver that is 5/8" but I need a longer locking hitch pin that is threaded to fit the Rack and my 2024 Toyota Tacoma receiver I contacted 365talking to the seller to get any information about getting a longer pin was horrific. After multiple E-mails with multiple pictures, I gave up and will have to just use a hitch extender to use the Rack. I would have sent the Rack back but I already put it together.

It’s hard to assemble and hard to load the trike. I simply lift trike from the side and place it on the rack. This would be tricky for a smaller person. I think I can get it to work as a maintenance rack by lifting the back wheeel ou of its well, thnit will be easier to rotate the and lube the chain

Delivery was fast, but it took me all most 4 hours to get it to fit my fat tire trike. Parts did not fit well, had to use hammer, because bolts too short to start.
