If you are a very competant DIYer you will only waste a few hours putting this together. My advice- DO NOT try to follow the instruction. USE THE FORCE to guide you.It's a very sturdy piece of equipment. IF you ever get it assembled, it will serve you well.

I took a lot time. Did myself. Miss one bolt went to ACE and got couple bolts and nuts. It easy with ramp.

It was packaged well. I wasn't a big fan of the instructions but it wasn't difficult to figure out. The lock nuts were very sturdy as well as a frame. I love the fact that it came with its own straps. In my case my e-bike was 70 in Long so I had to drill a few extra holes to make it fit but it did fit.If you bought a small class 3 Hitch clamp to prevent wobbling which you can get from harbor freight at a very minimal expense this is a perfect setup to take your bike if a trail is far away or you want to run with someone that doesn't live close to you

This is a super solid one bike rack ! It was easy to assemble and it's functions are pretty accurate. The included spacer for hitch keeps things from moving around and the bike fit great in rack. The included straps worked as advertised and I feel confident the bike isn't going anywhere while traveling.

I was very excited to get this E bike rack for my truck. Upon putting it together, my only concern is that it is slightly too small for a 26 inch fat tire E bike. My bike is the Quietkat Apex Pro. I can only get the front tire holder to secure with one bolt because I am at the very max extent possible. It seems sturdy but time will tell. I may be able to put a smaller diameter bolt through one more hole to make it more secure. Overall, the bike does seem secure, and I am excited to use it.
