These cables are standard SFF-8087 to SATA breakout cables. They work well in my DIY JBOD disk shelf, and I have had no issues with data corruption since installing these a few months ago.

I had planned to use this cable for my SAS 2TB drive, but is far I was not able to do so. However, the cable is sturdy, with good strong connectors, cable is quite long and stiff., which won't bend easily.

These cables worked perfectly.I love that they're a little more flexible and the sheathing material is "springy." This makes the cable a little more tolerant to some bends without putting too much pressure on the plugs. I've had some that concern me with how much force was on the plug.

I love these thinner style sata cables, so when building out our latest NAS I opted for these sas to sata breakout cables with the thinner wire. Much easier to route to the backplane.

It says 2pcs 8087 but I only received one!
