As usual, Hitop shows the quality of their product, I have been using their brand consistently for all my Aquatic needs, Heaters, LED lights, and Air pumps, and this one is no different, it exceeded my expectationsThis air pump is just like their other air pump, it's so quiet, it makes you wonder if it's sometimes running, I have always been able to run this through an air manifold to supply air to multiple tanks (5-8 tanks) with no issue, this has been my go-to brand for some time now, being a fish breeder you need products that you can rely on

This pump comes with two long tubes, check valves, air-shutoff valves, and air stones. It looks well-made. I got it to replace a 3W pump used for aerating a 50-gallon bait tank. I wanted higher air volume. This pump is rated at 7W and is around twice the size of the 3W pump being replaced, so it looks the part. It does output more air than my 3W pump but only at the highest settings. I expected a bit more. I decided to measure power consumption using a watt meter. This pump only drew 3.8W. I’m now wondering whether this is really a 4W pump housed in an oversized case.

Overall build quality is good and nothing vibrates much keeping noise to a minimum. At all power settings it moves enough air so that from normal viewing distances the bubbles will be louder than the pump itself. I keep it around 70% which is quiet enough for me and I've gone through quite a few pumps to find the right option. Its exceeded the expectations that I had for it in the month i've had it and all that's left to see is reliability, and i'll update this if I encounter any issues with that.

Seems like a somewhat large but well made pump. I had to cut down my shade tree and wanted to add extra oxygen to my 100 gallon outdoor pond. I have always used an air pump with the pet store blue stones, but needed to up my game until I can figure out how to add some shade. It works well and seems quiet but of course it is outside in an enclosure. It does not seem to be variable speed but rather has different preset speed setting. So you might have to use an inline variable flow valve for an aquarium. It will put out quite a bit of air and I like the larger air stones that come with it.

This is a powerful adjustable air flow pump. The HITOP 5W/7W Large Aquarium Air Pump, 110GPH/160GPH has two ports and can run two completely separate air lines. I'm not using it for filtration; I have a canister filter already in place. I'm using the pump to run two 12 inch long air stones purely for cosmetic reasons. It does improve the water flow in the tank, but I have it because I love the look of the bubbles. I had to turn it down to a low setting to reduce pressure so that the bubbles made a fine mist. This was used in a 40 gallon tank. I have no doubt it could filter a much larger tank, or two 40 gallon tanks. It comes with flexible tubing that may be silicone; it doesn't collapse on itself but also isn't so stiff that it holds the air stone bars in awkward positions. It came with all the parts listed in the posting. All the components provided appear to be high quality. It runs fairly quietly; I've never had a perfectly silent air pump, but this one is close. It's a large pump and will take some planning to decide where to put it. It's best to have it at least level with the tank; higher than the water line is best so that you don't lose pressure. This is a good pump and is worth the asking price.

This pump provides a good amount of air through both ports with a very tolerable noise level. I like the tubing, check valves and valves included with it as well. Could easily supply two small aquariums. If it's as durable as it looks and feels, it's easily a super bargain.

This is a super quiet air pump, and puts out enough air for my two small aquariums. It is only 5W but it puts out 110GPH. The volume of air out is controlled by a dial on the top, on the front are two outputs. This kit comes with all the accessories you need to get going.. Air tubes, bubble stones, back flow check. a "T" valve, control valves.. I was really impressed at how quietly it operated, there was pretty much no hum until you turned the knob all the way to max. This air pump takes the place of two smaller ones, that cuts down on the clutter and the need for more electric outlets. I would definitely recommend this air pump.

This is about average in terms of sound from an air pump, definitely not any more quiet than anything else. It's not terribly attractive, BUT the adjustments are really nice. I haven't come across another air pump that allows for such easy and minute adjustments.
