Wasn’t the right prongs for my welder so I returned it. 100% my fault and return went amazing.Despite that, I will say this is a very nice cord that was made exceptionally well. Nice thick gauge wire. Wish I had a use for it.

Product arrived on time and exactly as expected. The plugs were very sturdy and solid. It connects to my 14-50 outlet perfectly and the 6-50 plug on the opposite ends connects to my welders cord securely. The thick orange insulated cable is a lot thicker than I expected, but seems to insulate and protect the cable very well.

This is a well-built cable to adapt a 4-prong 240v 50A RV outlet to a 3-prong 240v 30A (or less) welder receptacle. The workmanship is good and the mating for each end is positive without issues. The wire gauge used seems capable of carrying the full 50A of the RV outlet. The price is decent and the time and cost saved from not having to change the RV receptacle is well worth it.

So my garage was wired for 240 and I put in a 4 prong outlet (on purpose) and needed an adapter for my welder. Scouring amazon I came across this adapter and ordered it. When I received it I initially noticed its hefty design and the stiffness of the wires--already a sign of quality. I plugged it into the wall and my multimeter showed only a 1 volt drop--this will occur naturally over distance. Prongs are super stiff and there is no "give" when plugged in.
