Works great! App usage is super easy. Troubleshooting tip! I noticed my water pressure was low when using it. Turns out that the Vacuum Valve on thr faucet was being held closed by the wire mesh inside nozzle. I flipped the mesh over and water pressure was fixed!

I've had mine outside all summer and it works flawlessly. I love the fact that I can schedule the lawn to be watered or turn the hose on without having to run to the faucet. A real game changer.

You can feel the quality. The unit feels solid and connected so easily to our WiFi network. Don’t freak out if scanning the code takes you to an unknown internet site. Just download the Smart Life app then plug in the relay device to an electrical outlet. The app detected the new device seamlessly. I gave it the WiFi password (make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4 network) and whalah! Easy. The brass fittings is what sold it for me. Zero drips from either side using the included teflon tape. The input side is the most important to not drip. It requires 2 AA batteries which are not included. Not a problem. Overall a great unit and a pleasant setup.

There are several reviews listed for this product, but they are not the same product. This product has brass fittings and some of the other reviews were for something that didn't have brass fittings. Buy this one because i had no problems with leaks. I gave the product four stars because it has limited capability using Alexa. Alexa can only turn it on for ten minutes and it will automatically shut off after that. That's by design. Using the app with Smart Life, you get all the timer capabilities. I had some problems with the smart water timer locking into my iPhone with Bluetooth instead of using its Gateway. You need the Gateway to use wifi and to connect to Alexa. Lisa at customer service was very helpful. I wrote an email over the weekend and got a response in two days. After that, communications were once a day back and forth. The communications problems I had with Alexa got resolved. If you are not going to use Alexa you could consider this a five star product with good customer support if needed.

This was connected to a hose and my dogs had the zumiez on day and pulled the hose too hard. It broke the timer off of the spigot and we'll 8 hrs later, I'm just waiting to see my water bill (cries silently). My lawn was soaked when I got home from work. I looked at my cameras history to figure out what happened. I just wish the timer were more durable.
