There is no tent stake that is perfect for all uses. I like these for the weight and the fact they do not turn when set. Tents often come with round or hexagon hook stakes that turn allowing guy lines to slip off. These don’t have that problem. In soft soil they were a bit too short to get a great hold to the ground. I would not choose them for sand. The are well made for the price. They work great for almost all soils I have set them into. I like them. I recommend them to be an available choice.

Okayish, already bent one putting them into soft soil in my backyard.Nice and light but probably not very strong.
