Front brake broke off on 2nd or 3rd ride on a hill. My daughter who was riding down a hill is only a little over a hundred pounds and crashed because of this faulty equipment. We had followed the directions as provided to a the letter to assemble the bike. When reaching out to their customer service, you have to go back and forth via email and it takes them 2-3 days to respond, only to ask for more video and picture proof of issue, instead of trying to solve the problem in one shot. BIG HASSLE!!! Bike should be fun but overall a hassle and unsure about its safety, or if it was just a fluke.

Nice bike, however battery doesn't last as described. I gave 5 stars as the seller sent me another battery. The bike is sturdy and rides well. Great seller communication. My neice likes the bike. She weighs 140 lbs and it gets her around our neighborhood stores. Having the extra battery is nice. Overall a great 👍 buy.

I am very happy to have purchased this bike. It was easy to assemble, only took 30 minutes to put all the parts together. The bike is a bit heavy but it is my understanding that most electric bikes are heavy. The bike is sturdy and stable and rides smoothly even on manual mode. The best part is the battery is removable which makes the bike lighter to carry when the battery is removed. It can also be folded and store in a tight space in my apartment which is a bonus feature for me. Another great feature is the extra space on the back that allows me to carry stuff. I would recommend this bike to others. Excellent value.

Really like how smooth and easy it is to ride. The size is a good size. The battery is removable and easy to charge.Assembly was pretty straightforward and the manual was easy to read.Only slight inconvenience is how heavy it can be to carry when folded to be put away. Other than that I really enjoy riding the bike and the speed is perfect for cruising on short trips. Got it for a reasonable price. Worth the price.

This U4 is the perfect size for me. We bought a U5 for husband. Very sturdy EBikes and easy to handle. Been riding them around the neighborhood and local burger joints. Our grandson really liked them so we bought him a U5 Pro Isinwheel for Christmas. Long battery life and very easy to maneuver. All 3 EBikes were very easy to put together. I would highly recommend these Isinwheel e-bikes.

The Isinwheel U4 feels like a vacation on two wheels. It's a simple pleasure. It was simple to put together. It's simple to operate (I barely had to read the user's manual). I can say more but I will get on with my review. I purchased this for my wife. I wanted something that was sturdy and had some decent power, but not intimidating. It also had to look cool. This bike fits the bill perfectly. I put the bike together in less than 20 minutes. The battery had a decent amount of juice, so I didn't charge it fully before taking the test ride. I'm 6' 2" , 220 lbs. We live on a hilly street. I was able to zip up and down the streets fairly easily. I did have to use PAS but for the most part the ride was smooth and quiet.After the test drive, I took my wife and bike over to a local park for her test ride.How did the ride go? She was thrilled. She marveled at the bike's smoothness and quietness. She learned how to use the controls very quickly. The only problem that was noted was a front brake squeal. I adjusted the brake without any problems.The bike is very solid and heavier than expected. Nevertheless, I consider this a good purchase. Buy this bike. For it's price, it is a solid value!
