Only item I could find on the market in or outside of Amazon. Definitely cornered the market and price. Works as intended and install was easy. Used silicone as the gasket for the sink was flimsy.

After lots of searching at the usual home improvement centers, found out that a drain assembly for thicker countertops and vessel sinks was a specialty item and had to be sourced from a wholesale supplier. Very well built and engineered, with a fair price for the level of quality.

This a the best pop up drains to buy. High quality materials, fit flush, (must use for onyx bowls) works for many years. No rust, no chipping of coating, made of brass no plastic.

I have these old ceramic sinks that are very thick on the bottom around the drain hole. I tried every trick in the book to get standard size drains to fit. I tried several different types of off the shelf drains but I could never get the drain to tighten down enough to keep it from leaking around the drain stem. I saw this on amazon after searching for hours for something that would work.. I knew immediately when I saw this that it would work on my sinks. Sure enough it fit in flawlessly with enough length to get a tight seal around the sink drain. The ease with which it went in made me think I did something wrong, since I usually screw up my home repair jobs at least once before i get it right. Highly recommended for non-standard or old ceramic sinks.

OMG! I am so happy to find Kraus PU-L10CH Bathroom Pop-Up Drain Assembly for Vessel Sinks and a good quality product. I recently purchased a Bathroom Vanity which included a vessel sink and pop-up drain at Amazon. I didn't want to use the countertop that came with the vanity because I always wanted a stone, granite or marble top instead. I bought a gray stone top which went magically with my vanity, but a problem popped up; the pop-up drain that came with it didn't have enough threads, in other words, it's too short because the stone top added one inch more which wasn't in the blue print for the pop-up drain that came with the vanity, To make it worse, no plumbing store in our area had one with extra threads. Hubby said we have to use the original top since he couldn't find it anywhere. No way, somewhere had to have it and I am willing to wait until I find it, because I am not sending back the stone top which complimented this cabinet OMG. Please note, it's not for vessel sinks with overflow, but even though ours have an overflow, it was what we needed to solve the problem. If Kraus makes one for sink with overflow, I would like to find it and we would change this one, but for now it solved a major problem. Kraus PU-L10CH Bathroom Pop-Up Drain Assembly for Vessel Sinks hubby found on Amazon saved the day. Yayyyyyyy!!
