  • Before using the pan, it should be cleaned with detergent and warm water to ensure that both the inside and outside of the pan are thoroughly clean. Avoid using rough cleaning tools such as abrasive cloths, as they may scratch the surface of the pan.

  • Metal spatulas will not affect the performance of the pan. To avoid scratches, avoid using sharp knives or metal spoons to stir food, as this can scratch the surface of the pan.

  • Due to the tri-ply structure and its heating faster, the coating cannot be applied in a high temperatures.Be recommended to heat the pan over medium heat and use a small amount of oil to achieve the desired non coating effect.

  • Boil water and white vinegar together in a pot for 3-5 minutes, then wash with a cloth or rag while still hot.

Yellowed areas can be easily removed by washing with warm water and stain-removing powder.

Cooking Tips

1. Cook over medium heat at most, and adjust the appropriate heat for different dishes.Like low heat for eggs,medium-low heat for general cooking,medium-high for searing meat.

2. Allow the cookware to cool down before cleaning, avoid rinsing a hot pot directly with cold water, as sudden changes in temperature can easily cause the stainless steel surface to turn yellow.

3. Metal spatulas can be used for cooking. Avoid touching the coating with table knives or other sharp tools.

Heavy duty pan that you can cook literally anything in. Very durable and easy to wash also.

These types of non-stick cookware are becoming quite the kitchen rave. This 7 qt pan is a wonderful all purpose large pan. It functions as both a pot and a pan. I can go from cooking on the stove to finishing the meal in the oven. I love the non-stick design. I just need a little film of oil and my food cooks great without becoming glued to the bottom or saturated in oil. The non-stick embedded design allows me to use more utensils and makes the pan's non-stick more durable. The larger 7 qt size with a glasstop lid is so nice! I've gotten to the point of not buying pans that don't have a glass view lid. The glass lid is very convenient. One last feature that I love is the versatility of the this pot. I can use it on regular stoves, induction burners, and in ovens. That covers all my main cooking methods.

The tri-ply stainless steel construction is incredibly durable, and the non-stick coating performs flawlessly. I've used it for sautéing, deep-frying, and even oven-roasting - it's versatile and effortless to clean. The 12-inch size is perfect for large families or batch cooking.

I'll get the nit out of the way first. You have to do a special cleaning to get the oils from manufacturing off. After that, it is good to go.I loved the size and weight of this pan. It does not feel flimsy, but it is not overly heavy. The non-stick feature worked well. We did Salisbury steak and nothing was stuck to the bottom at all during the entire cook time. The handles are metal, and of course they warm up during cooking. On low heat, I could pinch off the lid without a glove, but YMMV. Two more things: the small vent hole on the lid was a plus, and the pan heated up very quickly.Cleanup was a snap. No scrubbing or soaking was required. The directions say it is dishwasher safe, but handwashing without abrasives is the best choice for longevity. This is a winner.

I love this pot. I was able to cook ground beef perfectly in it and had nothing stick. I even left it on the counter with sauce overnight and it was a breeze to clean. It handles the dishwasher really well.Because of it's size, I was worried about trying to fit it in my already crowded pots/pans cabinet, but it is super easy to store. I think I may be able to replace a few of my bulkier pans with this. It's the perfect size to feed my family of 6.

This is a useful, versatile pot. I've sauteed vegetables and made soup so far with great results. Nothing stuck to it. It was easy to clean, for something as handwash recommended. It's such a big pot though, it would probably take up most of one of my dishwasher racks, so I'd probably handwash it anyway. The large diameter had me concerned it wouldn't do well on my electric, glass-top stove, but I had no issues at all. It heated evenly and thoroughly; nothing burned, nothing stuck to the bottom. I love this pot! I haven't tried using it in the oven, but I'm excited it can be used that way. I'm very happy with it.

This would make a great wedding gift. It arrived well packaged, and the pan itself even came in a fabric type bag, which makes a nice presentation. I like how big this pan is, and the bottom is all flat and right angled to the sides. It is hefty and substantial feeling. The handles are very nice and feel good in your hands. The lid fits very well and has a vent hole.I have used this pan twice so far, once for chicken thighs and once for fish. Both times, I followed the directions of heating the pan on low, then adding a bit of oil, then the food and turning the heat up to just medium. And both times, the food didn't stick and cooked very nicely.I saw a pan that looked very similar to this one on Pampered Chef's website. But the PC pan was smaller than this one, but more than twice the price! I'm really happy that I got this pan.

The pan is extremely well made. You can feel the weight of it. It is designed incredibly well, the handles do not get in the way they do what they need to do. The lid fits excellently. I prepared a steak in it and the pan was very easy to use. it conducts heat so efficiently you can cook on a much lower setting and get perfect results. I also sauteed some onions in this pan again the pan performed incredibly it did everything it needed to do. Clean up was a breeze. Don't put this in the dishwasher but simple soap and water and a sponge it was perfect. Be very careful to dry it completely. I think it's practically perfect. I want more.
