Be sure to leave space for the decorative covers over the mounting area. Otherwise, these are nice looking, strong, secure and keeps us safe while negotiating the stairs. Fairly easy to install.

I bought this for a 3-4 step porch but was using for a 2 step, it worked perfect for my application for the railing to go up to the landing by the door instead of using horizontal bars from the steps over to the door. It's pretty solid, took me about 4 hours to install, drilling the holes I used the garden hose to keep the drill bit cool and drill easier. As you can see, I didn't wash off the cement from the door or stoop yet. I did use only 2 of the included anchors on each post, 4 inches to drill on old concrete was pretty hard, used 2.5-inch anchors on the rest. The railing does get pretty hot on a sunshining day, I wish the company would make an insulating cover to go over them. So, drilling the holes and making sure the vertical posts were plumb on uneven concrete was the hardest part. After I bought this kit, they went on sale for $15 dollars cheaper, go figure.

Bought and installed 2 sets of these around the exterior of our home. They even worked on a set of three stairs that are nowhere near code. They are versatile, easily assembled, and install fairly easily. Hardware for wood or concrete applications. You will need a hammer drill for concrete stairs. Drill bit is included in the kit though. Easy to understand instructions, well packaged, great value!

It’s a very nice handrail, but if you’re looking for some easy to put up, there’s a lot easier ones out there to Install but again it’s a beautiful, very sturdy and I would buy it again, but it takes Two people to hold all the parts together while you screw the pieces together? But like I said, it is very nice and very strong.

As an auto engineer in a major assembly plant, I can honestly attest to this product's design and ease of assembly. The PLL included an extra fastener per each group, good forethought, the powder coat was not skimpy and was flawlessly applied. The tapped threads were perfect and the alignments were sit on. The included tools were high quality, instruction manual and graphics were very USA. The after sales service card blew me away even though I didn't have a use for it. " Three cheers for this Georgia company and thank you. 😊 🇺🇸

I installed this on my steps that lead from my house down into my garage. It went in easy and it’s very solid. In this application, it was mounted into wooden steps. Very nice looking and the handrail is just the right width for a solid grip and the surface is stippled so that is non-slip. Because it’s made out of aluminum it’s always cold to touch if it’s outdoors or in the garage like mine. If I need another handrail, I would buy this again. It comes with all the necessary hardware for installation into wood or cement.

The individual pieces of metal used in their product are well fabricated and have good fit and design. However, the hardware and some Of the tools they sent are of very poor qualitySpecificallyThe sleeve anchor bolts are very low quality in my opinion. Suggest getting red heads or another brand and anchor insteadThe nuts provided for the sleeve anchors are neither metric or standard sizes I tried every combination of sockets and wrenches and nothing would fit the nuts as they should have. The nuts are also made out of very soft metal and are easily rounded off or cross threaded The little wrenches didn’t fit the nuts either and they were basically useless as they would only slip and come off the nut when I tried to use themThe sheet metal screws worked ok but seemed to very easily strip out if tightened with an electric drill or impact driverOn a positive note the Phillips head bits were magnetic and worked fineLag bolts were provided for wood installation but I did not have a use for them in brick and concreteStill all in all a good product
