Great product. Bought this for my 82-year-old dad who had open heart surgery. It goes from the reclining position all the way to the lift position no problem works great dad enjoys the heat and massage.

I love this product! Came next day! Easy to assemble, a matter of minutes after watching the short assembly how-to video. Comes in 3 boxes. Pieces slide right together. Excellent quality blue fabric and comfortable. I love how quiet it is when operating it, it's silent. Good mode speed of operating. Nice big and deep cup holders! Easy to keep clean. I assembled it just fine by myself.

Purchased this chair for my 94 year old Mom and it works perfectly for her! Though she is quite ambulatory now I anticipate that she will eventually need help to get out of the chair when alone, this chair will slowly lift, heat, massage, and recline making it almost as comfortable as her bed making it a pleasure to watch TV from or for falling asleep while binge watching her favorite shows. The controls are easy to understand and the massaging is effective sensibly designed. Massages back, lower back, seat, and legs - has large cupholders for beverages and is made with easy to clean fabric that holds up and is durable even with constant use. Mom loves it!

I cannot stop bragging about this chair to my friends and family. I have problems with my back and my feet and legs swell up from sitting up. It took me 2 weeks to find this chair. I was looking at the Lazyboy, Ashley, Walmart, Furniture stores locally, online and then Amazon last. Read the reviews of 10 different type of chairs. As I'm looking for some reason I was drawn to this chair and I cannot be more happy witH it. Great fabric, it uses a remote control to recline and decline. I recline to the sleeping position not thinking I would fell asleep, and I don't ever take naps. My son said I look so cute sleeping because he saw me relaxed, he was moved and it's all thanks to God helping me choose the chair. The only thing I am not happy about is the massage is only a strong vibration, I wish it had the rolling balls that would move around to giving the actuall massage, love the heat cause I have back problems this comes in handy, it's wider than normal and has a little extender for long legs people. I'm 5'6 and chunky and I fit well and there is room for 2 of my dogs, one lays next to me and the other in between my legs and still have space. So if you are 6'1 you will fit comfortable even for wider hips. Great price. Brand names are about 1k or more and are smaller chairs so this chair is worth every penny

The chair came when promised and was very easy to get set up. I bought the Med wide size. I am 5 ft 10. The chair is plenty tall for head support, and it has an extended footrest that comes out when reclining. The material is nice and the chair is quite roomy. I bought the dark blue color it is true to the picture. The chair has 2 cup holders and 2 small elastic pockets right on the front arms. It also has 2 large pockets for storage in the side of each arm. It has separate remotes 1 for heat and massage and one for up and down. Up and down is on the right side of the chair heat and massage is on the left.The lift motor is whisper quiet and is not jerky at all. It does not set a speed record but not super slow either. The heat is very nice but it is only in your lower back. The massage feels good also. It is a little noise, but I could hear the tv with no problem. The massage has 3 levels of intensity. It will do your back, lumbar, thigh and legs. You can pick which area to massage and its intensity low med or high, or it will do them all at one time. It will go from one area to the next and then start the cycle over.The only 2 reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is the leg/footrest could use some more padding but that is just my preference. Second, when you get your legs fully extended the chairs back start to recline. You cannot set up straight with your legs out.Over all I think it will be a good chair I have only had it 3 days but would buy it again.

I was hesitant at first to purchase a chair online, but after reading the reviews and how easy it was to symbol, I went ahead and ordered it. The five star reviews were right on. It was easy to assemble my sister and I put it together in 20 minutes. Everything worked fine. The communication with the seller company was excellent and it arrived in a timely matter all three boxes. I definitely would recommend this chair for anyone purchasing for a first time my husband loves the chair. It’s comfortable has massage and heat and recline swell, the only drawback might be that it doesn’t recline as far back as his previous recliner. But I would definitely recommend this purchase.
