This lifts the entire burger, it is wide and sturdy. Get one. I did take some wooden paint stirrers and electrical tape to make one a long handle for campfire cooking.

These are much better than the long flimsy spatulas that are most popular with griddles. They can also be used for scraping and cleaning the griddle.

Spatulas look good but the rivets on one were loose. Hopefully it will hold together for use. I will clean this by hand, as planned.
